Cancellation Policy
1. Appointments & Availability: All services are by appointment only. Bookings can be made via code143.creative@gmail.com. Availability is subject to change, and slots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 2. Payment & Deposits: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. Payments can be made via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Failure to complete payment may result in appointment cancellation. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling: - Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will be eligible for a refund or credit towards a future booking. - Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable. - One reschedule is permitted per appointment with at least 24 hours' notice. Additional reschedules may require a new deposit. 4. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a forfeited deposit and may affect future bookings. 5. Late Arrivals: If you are more than 30 minutes late, your session may be shortened or cancelled at the provider’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for missed time due to tardiness. 6. Service Adjustments: Service modifications must be requested at least 48 hours before your appointment. Requests on the day of service may not be accommodated. 7. Health & Safety: If you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone who is ill, please reschedule your appointment as soon as possible. Your health and safety, as well as that of other clients, is a priority. 8.
